"We came to ski so the location close to Chamonix SUD was great to get the buses to the ski locations and just a short walk into the heart of Chamonix. The apartment itself is really well appointed. It is cosy but comfortable. There are some great restaurants and bars just downstairs for easy access if you want a beer on the way back from skiing. Overall we loved staying there aside from the issues with the car park."

"Nancy a été joignable très facilement et très efficace ! Très arrangeante également, nous tenons en l en remercié. Appartement très bien situé , proche du centre où nous avons pu y aller à pieds en 5min. Facilité pour se garer , aller et venir et tout près de la station où nous avons passés des journées merveilleuses. L appartement est équipé du nécessaire de base, ce qui est amplement suffisant."
"Le studio est extrèmement bien situé sur le front de mer, suffisamment éloigné du centre animé pour ne pas être géné en soirée mais très proche pour en profiter : 20 min à pied par le remplais. On peut faire de très belles balades à peid en partant du studio. C'est très bien isolé et confortable."

"Personnel de l'agence immobilière, sympathique. Appartement spacieux, calme, fonctionnel et confortable. Agréable balcon, avec vue dégagée. Place de parking privative appréciée. Bonne surprise : thé, café, divers produits pour l'entretien ménager mis à disposition. Je recommande cet appartement et y retournerai avec plaisir."
"The apartment is very well located with two close metro stations covering lines 4,7,8,9 and more. It is brand new furnished, very modern and clean. The host was easy to reach, and available during our stay. Check in was easy to do. Import info: The apartment asks for a 500e deposit 2 days before arrival, as written in other reviews too. You should be prepared for that. It doesn’t take the money right away, it just charges your card to some small amount, and keeps the funds reserved. Additionally, the apartment is on the ground level, meaning a lot of people walk by and you couldn’t comfortably open the windows and leave them like that, so you might take that in consideration. Also some of the neighbors were really loud, but that isn’t on the host or the apartment:( Overall it was a really nice and new apartment, spacious enough for 3/4 people and close to metro stations and 5-10mins from all attractions with metro."
