"We went during Winter and I can say the apartment, top floor, in the loft had a nice, warm comfortable temperature throughout. It's a walking distance from the local Carrefour, so that was a nice touch to pick up things you may have forgotten or you need."

"The location is great, very close to metro stations and also a big super market is near by. Walkable distance from the Marais area which has a lot of restaurants, cafes and stores. There was an elevator to access the room which was very helpful, as Parisian apartments sometimes do not have one. Washing machine and kitchen facilities were available in the room which was very helpful during the stay."
