The apartment has all the necessary equipment. Excellent shower, no problems with hot water, this is important in winter. In winter the heating works well. Quiet, no noise from the street can be heard."

"It's a bit cramped. We spent all our days with the bed pulled apart, it was even more cramped. You can adapt to this. If you use the apartment only for overnight stays, then this is not critical. View from the window onto the wall in the courtyard. But spacious apartments in the center of Paris with a good view from the window cost several times more."

"The building is very old and as a result has a narrow stairway up to the apartment. Ok if you don't have large pieces of luggage. The shower is not huge but plenty of hot water."

"Останавливаемся второй раз в этих аппартаментах, так как несмотря на кое-какие недостатки, устраивает все в соотношении цена -качество. Расположение отличное, очень красивый район, безопасный. Аппартаменты маленькие, особо не развернешся, но если поспать-поесть - очень замечательный вариант в центре Парижа. Плита, микроволновка, стиральная машина, кофемашина, чайник,холодильник, посуда для готовки и еды - все есть. Дом очень старинный, интересно пожить. Были в конце ноября-не замерзли, батарея работала. Так что рекомендую для непритязательных, кому нужно переночевать- в тесноте, но в тепле и с всем набором кухонно-стиральных принадлежностей. А район просто супер!"

"La ubicación del lugar es lo más (le Marais), cerca de cafeterías, restaurantes, panaderías, supermercados. Buena comunicación con los aeropuertos y a toda la ciudad a través del metro. Igualmente hicimos mucho caminando. Respecto al alojamiento, realmente es pequeño, pero nos lo arreglamos bien. Tiene tostadora, cocina, microondas, heladera, plancha. El baño es pequeño, el cubículo para ducharse, también. El agua sale muy bien. De regresar a París, me alojaría nuevamente en este dpto, porque a pesar de ser pequeño, todo el día se anda por ahí y sólo se va a dormir (por lo menos nuestro caso) y la zona es muy linda, segura y muy bien ubicada."
