"We had a group of 7 and were welcomed on arrival by a friendly member of the management team who provided a tour of the property and addressed the request for an extra key. The management company were highly responsive via booking.com if we had a any queries. The location was excellent - we walked from Gard Du Nord, and as keen walkers visited all majors sites of Paris (Eiffel tower, Sacre coeur, Notre Dame) on Foot (with a scooter for our 4 year old and frequent coffee stops!). The kitchen is very small but well equipped. There was a functioning coffee machine. There are 2 shower rooms within the ensuite rooms, 1 separate toilet, and one bathroom containing toilet and shower. The sofa beds were very comfortable and the heating was adequate for the time of year, The area felt very safe and we were not bothered by noise. It is adjacent to a lovely pizza restaurant, with multiple bakeries and restaurants close to the property."

"It was self-catering so no breakfast. Apartment was clean and was well equipped, including basic herbs and spices which was helpful."

"Maison écologique avec un esprit recyclage. Une déco très particulière. Nous n'étions pas dans le kota mais dans une chambre de la maison. Les murs sont peints à la main. Nuages d'orage, meubles anciens, lit douillet pour moi c'était une expérience très sympa bien loin de la conformité des ibis et autres. Ambiance Annabelle pour la chambre Nymphéas mais je ne l'ai pas vue! Si je reviens dans le coin, je réserverai le même hébergement. Pour une fois c'est original et le prix très correct La personne de l'accueil est charmante."
