"le logement est très coquet et très bien équipé , Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli et ils nous ont indiqué dès le début des sites à voir . nous avions choisi cet endroit pour observer les oiseaux et ''le lac de grand lieu'' est un endroit extraordinaire pour cela, les visites des musées éteint très bien faites."

"La ubicación es excelente, junto a un parque natural y a pocos minutos de Nantes. El apartamento está dentro de la finca de los anfitriones y el jardín es grande y espectacular, muy bien cuidado. En el apartamento hay de todo lo que puedas necesitar, e incluso encontramos bollería, zumos y café como bienvenida. El sitio es muy tranquilo, aunque de día los aviones que aterrizan en Nantes pasan cerca. Los anfitriones son muy amables y pendientes de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. El coche se guarda dentro."

"Por citar algo, personalmente no me gustan mucho los colchones de muelles, pero es una opinión personal."

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable and provided everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer if we had the time. Slight problem getting the key, but quickly and easily resolved by the owner who was very friendly and easy to contact and made sure we were ok. Good location to visit the centre of Niort"

"Great apartment in a fantastic location. You're right in the middle of everything, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a supermarket close by and the Cordeliers stop, with the metro and lots of bus routes, isn't far away. The apartment is bright and beautifully designed. Everything you need is there, including plenty of bed linen and towels. We particularly liked the fact that there was also plenty of crockery (lots of cups, plates, etc.), so we didn't have to wash up all the time. It was ideal for our group and we'd love to come back."

"Nicely equipped (Netflix!) And clean 2 floor appartment. Google leads you to a parking space at the end of the cul de sac, but the place is the very first house ( black door/gate) on your right just of the main road/traffic light . We slept well."
