"Communication with the owner, location and clean flat."
"There was a huge heavy smell coming out from the toilet. The owner mentioned that it is due to central canalisation and appears randomly. But I was not able ise the toilet and bathroom just because of this smell."

"La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar el centro de Strasburgo. Tiene parqueaderos cercanos donde dejamos el carro durante nuestra estancia. Está bien para una noche, pero para nosotros no sería una buena opción para estadías más largas pues es muy pequeño y al ser un altillo hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras."
"La toalla de manos del baño no se veía muy limpia, pero lo solucionamos con una que llevamos siempre en nuestro equipaje. Al principio ésto nos preocupó pensando en el aseo en general, pero a nuestra salida nos encontramos con la persona que llegó a hacer el aseo del apartamento, así que no es tema de aseo y podría solucionarse con una toalla más nueva porque seguramente la anterior al estar desgastada daba la sensación de sucia sin que lo estuviera."

"Für den Check-in wurde ein sehr ausführliches Video bereit gestellt, dadurch war es sehr verständlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Auch die Kommunination mit den Gastgebern hat reibungslos funktioniert."

"We stayed at a beautiful chalet in Xonrupt-Longemer with a mix of modern style and a classic fireplace. One night we forgot to add more wood, so everyone ended up sleeping in the cold until morning 😅. It was great to meet the owners, and we felt honored that Mrs. Christine and her husband personally showed us around. Thank you for the warm welcome!"

"What a beautiful pretty house this is. It really feels like a home, decorated in an elective French style. There's a huge bedroom and bathroom upstairs, including a heater which looks like a log burner to give that romantic atmosphere . Lamps are scattered around the house giving a warm ambience. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed very comfortable. You are literally just across a very quiet road to the river where you can walk towards the gorgeous chateau. Best of all was meeting Sonia, the owner who was an absolute hoot , keeping us entertained as she switched between English and French telling us stories of her veterinary adventures"
