"This place is amazing. What Nicole and Dustin have done with this gorgeous stone building made me so happy. Perfectly and sensitively renovated with lime and wood, it's a genuine eco build with a very impressive greenhouse and garden. If you want to be inspired about permaculture or natural building, this place is a must. And incredible value for money too. Beautiful very large comfy rooms, a stunning bathroom, very clean and well loved, and lovely people. I'd definitely go back."

"Great breakfast, lovely German Swiss couple with perfect English. Enormous bedroom with integrated shower/wc (you need to really know the person/people you are in the room with)This place is a really different experience as they are aiming for self sufficiency, both for growing all their own food and restoring a rundown farmhouse with as little environmental impact as possible. It is a good education for adults and children alike.Recommended."

"It is a nightmare to find the property, it's not too remote but it is off the grid. Nice restruants in area, not too far. Two different Sat nav systems failed totally to find it. Apparently Google maps does it better."

"Dustin and Nicole are Swiss transplants who have lovingly transformed an old barn into a bohemian paradise! So many unique and clever solutions to all the things we normally take for granted. They re-purpose most everyday items into useful fixtures or wonderful decorations and it adds up to one of the most down-to-Earth stays we have had in France. The beds are especially high quality and the rooms are not just spacious, they are vast. Making the experience even more rewarding, they source many of their items for the hearty breakfast from their garden. Looking for dinner? Nicole is an excellent cook and we had full meal in their lovely garden-side patio. Just spending time with them was a treat not to mention the quiet, clean and spacious rooms. If you don't mind trying something just a little bit different and are a fn of someone like Salvador Dali, you will love Le petit Permadise!"
