"The place is very comfortable, has a lot of useful utilities: washing machine, dishwasher, raclette machine, oven, microwave and more… The shower is great, powerful. The view is enjoyable, it is calm and green. Beds are comfortables. The terrasse is also nice and a pro for kids. My daughter liked climbing the hill. The property is close enough for a short drive to city center and many forest walks, rivers and waterfalls. The owners were available, kind and helpful. We would definitely come back!"

"Tout était parfait! Des hôtes d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. L’endroit est parfait à 5 minutes du centre et à 10 minutes des pistes de ski. Il y a tout le nécessaire qui est mis à disposition. L’appartement est confortable et très propre! Parking également prévu."

"Chalet magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, parfait pour une ambiance cocooning en plein hiver. Propreté irréprochable, accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Confort optimal après une journée dans la neige. Situé sur les hauteurs de Gérardmer, nous avions vue sur la ville et le lac. Et par chance tout était enneigé ce qui a rendu notre séjour féerique. Un petit paradis hivernal, on reviendra sans hésiter !"

"Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Fenstern wären an warmen Tagen Fliegengitter hilfreich beim Lüften und Schlafen, da sich die Wohnung in warmen Zeiten erwärmt."

The garden so beautiful with views over the little village and the Dordogne river immediately below, the Castle immediately above, hot air balloons at dusk and a well equipped kitchen for us to cook the amazing local duck dishes! Our beautiful and attentive host Martine and owner Frederique, always so quick to reply with suggestions and helpful tips. And thankyou Martine for arranging our car space and greeting us on arrival and farewelling on our last 🙏🏻💖 a truly magical week of kayaking the Dordogne, exploring chateaus and incredible gardens, relaxing afternoons in the garden enjoying an aperitif and the beautiful endless twilight!
