"Peaceful location - stunning views onto the lake and very private despite being 5 minutes away by car to supermarket & retail area - parking by the property & bbq on the deck - well equipped kitchen - a beautiful hideaway but with easy access to pretty city of Bourges and the surrounding area. "The apartment has a very good location. It is 5 minutes walk to two metro lines and it has a very good connection with several lines. It is located in Marais, a picturesque area with a lot of cafes, restaurants and bistros. The apartment is comfortable and quite spacious for Paris. The bedroom is very quiet. The living room is bright and the kitchen area is very well equipped. The apartment is just a short walk from two supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive. The apartment is great value for money. We definitely come back here our next time in Paris."
