"Belle maison, l'emplacement proche de la mer et l' espace dans la maison est très appréciable."

"C'est une belle maison qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenue (poignée maison, tapis à changer, robinetterie cuisine à changer et matelas mous et creusés au milieu) et mieux équipée : certains équipements auraient été pratiques notamment un porte manteaux et range chaussures à l'entrée, côté cuisine : surtout et entre autre une grande casserole/marmite pour 8 personnes."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. It was easy to access and was one street away from the beach. The house was comfortable with its own enclosed patio, which was perfect for us with a toddler. The owner always responded quickly and was friendly. The neighbors were also friendly and said hello as we passed by. It was a great experience and we would definitely return to the home and the area. The beach was clean and not overpacked with people. Again, thanks for a lovely holiday at your home."

"The location is great. We used this place as a base to visit the Chateaux of the Loire Valley and I'd say it was perfect. Tours is an excellent place to live, to rent a car, to shop. The drive to the Château de Chenonceau was magnificent and not long at all. We also went to some other castles in the area and everything was perfect. Also, a big thanks to Philippe for that brochure with tips for groceries and parking and all !!!!"

"Good apartment, quiet neighbourhood. The beach and the centre is only 6 minutes on foot. You don’t need a car for that, just walk a little down the road. This town is beautiful, one of the best places in the island. Large supermarket (E.Leclerc) is also in the near, just 5 minutes with a car). Absolutely recommend this apartment. Clean and tidy, nice balcony. Oher beaches in the area are also in the near with a few minutes drive."
