"The place is spotlessly clean. It's a good location. Only 10 min walk or less from Jardin Des Plantes, Art Museum and the Castle..15 mins ish to Boffay District where all the gorgeous tiny streets with lovely restaurants are located. There are multiple mini carrefour supermarkets closeby with one in the train station which is a 2 min walk. Beautiful view of the water. Plenty of restaurants 1/2 min walk/next door Extremely comfortable sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen with cutlery, plates etc garbage bags. A very friendly attentive host. Smart TV so we were able to watch our Netfiix. Very good value for a large group. We were 5 people for 3 nights. Would definitely highly recommend this apartment. Great base from which to explore Nantes"
