"Beautiful foyer area that always looked clean and smelt nice. Lovely, clean and spacious apartment on the 6th floor with lift. Lovely big balcony overlooking road and small park. Not noisy from the road as you're quite high up. Most things are in the apartment that you'd need for your stay. Kitchen is well equipped with oils, condiments, coffee maker, cling film, food bags. Good kitchen knives. Bed a nice size and comfy. Shower powerful with plenty of hot water. Comfortable settee. Washing machine. Less than 10 minutes walk from train station and less than 5 minutes walk to beach bars and restaurants. Saint Raphael itself is wonderful. Make sure you discover the old town too. Great feeling to the area with a lovely beach. Would definitely recommend this property and area. Gaelle who met us was very nice too. Very helpful."

"The location on the edge of the town was great - easy for parking in the free nearby car park and not too far to walk to shops and restaurants The kitchen was equipped enough to make it easy to prepare meals We were able to use the smart tv to access our streaming accounts. The bed and bedding were very comfortable The washing machine was useful and the vibe of the apartment was welcoming The shower is large and water pressure and temperature perfect Communication with the host was very good 😌"

"A wonderful, unique place. It's a year-round summer house. The walls are about half a meter thick, so you don't need a fan or air conditioning in the heat. The host is wonderful, generous, and very helpful. And, of course, a delicious welcome gift. There's a garden to enjoy, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, etc. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The house is beautiful, atmospheric, and incredibly clean! We highly recommend it!"

"Nicolas and Mylène are lovely and couldn't do more. The house and grounds are a work in progress but it's excellent and they have evening bbqs and music evenings you fan take part in. The breakfasts are really great."

"Great little studio apartment le Petit Bois! Everything we were expecting. Safe off road parking. Warm and cosy apartment very suitable for self catering. We loved the option of having a beautiful meal cooked for us by Nathalie and Herve in the dining room. Lots of nearby facilities. Great place to make a base for a few days to explore the local areas attractions."
