"Flat was super clean. Well equipped with a nice view. One minute walk from spectacular view point on Annecy lake. Paradise of paraglider."

"C'est un très bel appartement, fonctionnel, belle cuisine très bien équipée. Un parking privé pour garer notre voiture. Je recommande. Nous avions un jardin arboré avec transat, salon de jardin, barbecue à disposition. Des restaurants à proximité. Le calme la nuit. Les transports en commun pour descendre au bord du lac d'Annecy."

"L'emplacement est idéalement situé. La vue est incroyable. Le logement est parfait, propre et bien équipé. Le parking est gratuit et privé. La wifi gratuite est un +. L'hôte est très gentille et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande à 100% !"

"Audrey met us on arrival and could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout outlet stay. Perfect property, very comfortable, good location, perfect for our dog having a secure garden, lots of plates, cutlery etc. We have been coming to Frejus for the past 12yrs and this hands down is the best property we’ve ever stayed in, shame it’s booked already for the Roc d’Azur week!"

"Le Cosy is situated in a quiet part of town and yet 5/10 minutes walk away from the canal, historic center and Les Halles. It is well equipped, although we had taken basic condiments etc along, it wasn't necessary as the basics were provided. I found it easy to find a free parking space on the street or close by each night when we came back from our day trips."

"We felt like home. It was perfect. The location can host up to 4 adults but the best is of a family with 2 or maximum 3 children (depending on the age of the children) The apartment has many facilities for small children which is great. Additional information: - the apartment is at the ground floor and has a green small terrace in front of it that can be accessed (e.g. for a coffee) - there are 3 doors from street before reaching the apartment door (however, all doors open with a black token attached to the key - so it is easy) - the thrash has to be sorted and thrown downstairs (via elevator) - you receive only one key and you should not forget it inside because the apartment door cannot be open without a key - we did not notice any significant noise in the morning and we slept late :)"

"Très beau gîte. Il est très pratique de pouvoir y juste stationner devant l'entrée, qui plus est on y accède sans aucune marche, très appréciable pour décharger les bagages. La décoration est soignée, et à notre passage au mois de décembre il y avait des décorations de Noël dans le logement, discrètes mais présentes. C'est une délicate attention, tout comme les biscuits artisanaux (ou faits maison) disposés sur la table à notre attention. La propreté est quant à elle irréprochable. Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes 🙏🏻"
