"Very well placed for all the tourist areas. The room did feel a touch small but factor in the location age of the building and it’s doing more than most particularly as the bathrooms are all very well equipped and decorated. All the staff were helpful whether asked a question or could simply see someone struggling to work the coffee machine."

"There wasn’t anything about the hotel I didnt like. I could have a grumble about outside noise but that’s not under the control of the hotel and can really be expected at locations such as this. And in fairness there are two sets of windows fitted."

"Great location, near busy shops and restaurants but down a very quiet side street. We have stayed here before and loved it both times. Staff were excellent - all of them were so helpful but a particular thank you to Alex who was extremely helpful in both reserving a room for us for an extra night if the Eurostar continued to cause issues getting home, and in looking for a restaurant for new Year's Eve when the one we had booked let us down."
