Hotel des Eaux

"Hotel Mercure could hardly have been better. The hotel was a comfortable size, just two floors, and was in a superb position for walking into the citadel. The breakfasts were splendid, as were the evening meals, all served by friendly and efficient staff. Front desk staff were likewise friendly with good English to hand. The room we had was a generous size, with a spacious bathroom equipped with the most amazing shower!! The French windows led out onto a terrace overlooking the pool. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Na splošno je bilo vse odlično. Zajtrk (dodatno plačilo 12€) je bil primerljiv z zajtrki v drugih hotelih. Glede na cene v EU, 12€ sploh ni pretirano. Bližina metroja (linija 6 postaja COVISART) pa je prava dodana vrednost tega hotela."

"A large hotel on the very edge of the town, being only a few minutes walk into the market square. There was plenty of parking. The rooms were large, as was the bed, which was comfortable. There was a really good shower in the bathroom with good products, and a separate toilet. There was tea and coffee in the room, and a fridge in the cupboard. The TV was very large, and the WiFi was generally good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we enjoyed a Sunday lunch in the restaurant, which was excellent."

Loads of on site parking, restaurants nearby and only a short drive to the centre of Chateaudun (you could walk it no problem in about 20 mins), which is more impressive than you might expect if just driving through the outskirts. One I'll mark up to stay again."

"It is an old building which is renovated and its decor was excellent. We liked very much. Our room was called Kitzbuhel and you enter the ski resort. There are a lot of different rooms which have different styles. It would be nice to come back again. They have a very good breakfast. The breakfast room was very busy and only one person was taking care of it. I was very impressed how good she does her job."
