"The staff are amazingly helpful from the reception to the restaurant staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they were helpful, professional, super friendly, happy and down to earth (you could share a joke with them). The location of the hotel is superb - they tell you it's a 15 to 20 min walk into Saint Florent, in reality it's a 10 min walk into the town which is beautiful. The hotel is right on the beach - you can hear the ocean waves while having breakfast or an evening meal at the restaurant. Despite the points mentioned below in what I didn't like this is a great hotel overall. The staff contribute hugely to this."

"A truly wonderful place to stay in the centre of Albi. Maely is so welcoming as a host and a great source of information. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, atmospheric and clean. Parking is nearby, about a five minute walk at Cathédrale parking. The entrance to the property can be difficult to find, look for Tour De Saint Cecile; look for Armand Thierie shop and look for the wrought iron gate, go through this to the large wood doors at the end and ring the button Tour De Cecile. Maely should answer."

"Motel-style rooms with parking directly in front. Located next to a village which we found after driving through exceptional hillside roads (arriving from s/w). Very friendly greeting from host in family business style entry hall/dining room. We felt safe and secure on our stopover with our small dog. Doggy loved the surroundings, there is a walkway right next to the hotel. Supermarket close by. Next time we would plan a longer stopover and visit the US war memorial close by."
