"What is there not to like?! This property ticks all the boxes and many more. It has sympathetically restored with a keen eye for detail and quality. We have traveled the world and Serenida is a slice of heaven - best kept secret in France. The communication with our host Etienne was consistent, friendly and timely."
"If I could give this property 11 out of 10 I would."

"For a family of five it was spacious, very well designed and appointed. Immaculately clean and private. Its location is perfect for those who are sightseeing as very easy access to main roads to get to places such as Rouen, Versailles. Yet it’s very quiet and tranquil and we slept very well. The owner could not do more to be helpful and friendly."

"Very nice and spacious for 6 of us. Great location, close to super markets and local attractions. The setting itself is quiet and beautiful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Gite Serinda, it’s beautifully finished, very clean and fully equipped with everything you may need. Situated in a small village access to Rouen, Paris and the Normandy Coast is all very easy, so plenty to see and do in the area."
"We liked everything about the property although it would be good if it was possible to get streaming services via the TV."

"Location, easy communication, perfect for one night"
Tyshanti Ô’Hospices : Coeur de Beaune
"After camping in a tent for nearly 3 weeks we wanted a place to stay half way back up to Calais and fortunately found this amazing place! The home was perfect, absolutely everything you could ask for, and in such a lovely quiet place it was exactly what we all needed to have a night relaxing. Roby and Maly were perfect hosts and I don’t doubt that they would go above and beyond if you needed anything at all. The garden was a lovely surprise and the ideal setting to unwind once we’d arrived, if it’s peace and quiet you want this place is unbeatable. Waking up to find pastries on the door was such a kind gesture and one we truly appreciated as we had completely forgotten to bring breakfast with us!! As we do this trip every year we will be making sure to book here from now on and hopefully for longer. Can’t thank you enough Roby and Maly, see you next year!"
"Right in the centre of Grezieu-la-Varenne, a small town, but with a wonderful bakery, an Italian bistro, and shops. We felt very safe, and the local people were lovely."
"Fantastic location, a great house with a good pool - perfect for a family holiday. Hosts were really responsive when we had an issue with the pool and agent comms were also good. Provision of bikes and lot's of other kit for enjoying the garden (boules set, table tennis etc.) were a big bonus for keeping our two kids (aged 6 & 11) entertained."
"Un bon accueil de la propriétaire maison très confortable un endroit très calme a recommander"
"Moderne Anlage mit guter Ausstattung. Eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Gemeinschaftspool."
"Très bel endroit, propre, fonctionnel et de bon goût. La communication pour récupérer les clés et trouver l’endroit était très claire. On se sent choyé. Merci pour tout !"
