"Very good and friendly comms from the proprietor throughout booking process. Beautifully presented modern gite with all of the facilities you need Stand out for me was the garden and its beautiful trees and river. There was also a lovely seating area outside with pretty lighting. We saw a family of deer whilst sitting here.. incredible moment. Cannot speak highly enough about this place, we only wished we could have stayed longer, but will definitely be back."

"The bed was very firm. I had to sleep on top of a spare duvet. It was great but the hand soap in the bathroom ran out straight away. The house is very dark, so if you arrive after dark, it's hard to see the path without a torch. I thought some solar garden lights would be ideal for this. Stairs were fine but might be tricky if you have limited mobility."

"S'il faut vraiment trouver quelque chose, je dirais que le lit n'est pas très long et le poêle à bois chauffe beaucoup pour ce petit espace en faisant un peu de bruit. Mais vraiment ce lieu est vraiment top et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui aiment le calme"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le très joli gîte Salamandre. Lydia et Thierry nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et aux petits soins. Le gîte est paisible, très confortable. Charme bucolique garanti ! Idéal pour un week-end au vert ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et nous reviendrons !"

"The host Donovan was super helpful, both in communications in advance and then meeting us at property on arrival, showing us where everything was, providing recommendations on where to have lunch. The apartment was perfect for us, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed including secure parking and was a great location for getting to Stade de France."

"Que dire ? Dès l’arrivée, l'accueil sympathique vous met en confiance. Les chambres sont complètement rénovées de manière impeccable. La salle commune est chaleureuse et accueillante, à l'image des hôtes, Philippe et Maylin. L'environnement est magnifique et calme. La cuisine de Maylin est excellente, réalisée au maximum avec des produits locaux. Philippe et Maylin sont vraiment des hôtes adorables avec qui les discussions autour d’un verre peuvent durer..🙂🙂 Bref un endroit que l’on ne peut que recommander et une adresse à garder précieusement pour nos prochaines escapades dans la région."

"Bel appartement,bien situé; chaque pièce est confortable et décorée avec goût. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir les lits faits à l’arrivée et le prêt du linge de maison, ce qui est un vrai plus pour nous. Le fait d’avoir la wifi qui fonctionne, Netflix, et les petites attentions comme les capsules de café, quelques sachets de thé etc..sont aussi des plus agréables."
