"There was one receptionist who was not friendly when we arrived. She asked us ID for all three including my son who is not yet 18 years. It is ok if hotel requires that but she asked us with not friendly way. It was raining but I should have been back to car to take ID’s. While I was back to car, My husband asked her to start registration of his ID but she refused it. So there was argument between my husband and receptionist. She said that we could not stay hotel because my husband was not polite. But her manager was coming and solved all issues."
"Hotel was super clean. Locarion is good, near to the tower and champs elysees. Convenience shop, sushi, barber and laundry are just a few steps away. Staff very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Naiara who was very kind - from me and my wife. Hope she like the noodle.:)"

"EVERYTHING!!! This is my second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. This gorgeous little boutique is one of the main reasons I love visiting Paris, just so conveniently local to most of the key places in Paris but not so overly touristy that you regret staying. I love the quaint little street that brings you to the local patisserie, bistro, boutique de vêtements etc near this hotel. Honestly feels like home from home. The staff are absolutely amazing also, just so accomodating and caring. My biggest appreciation goes to Kelly, just the sweetest angel. Thank you for the amazing hospitality shown on my 40th birthday and to the rest of your team, who were so kind and professional, you made my stay even more worth while."

"The location is excellent - safe, lively and just across the metro station Nation which has many metro lines. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was perfectly clean, even though we arrived earlier than 14:00, and they cleaned it thoroughly every day. And the atmosphere of the hotel is superb. I definitely recommend this place!"
"Great location , all you could need available including a small shop in the lobby in case you have forgotten anything .. toiletries wine chocolate toys … staff available but not intrusive .. warm indoor pool for cold days … room service and food menu until 11.30 pm … very guest centred … water fountain outside lift and fridge in room so didn’t have to worry re running outing water .. also slipper and robe and could get lift directly down to pool and sauna … room great design …"
