"We had a wonderful time staying here! We were greeted with a warm smile by the fantastic host, Olivier, who let us leave our bags, provided beach towels for free, and even offered an early check-in. A very positive first impression! The apartment itself is cosy, very clean, and modern. It has a small kitchen and a beautiful garden, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the smart TV, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, a brilliant and affordable place to stay in Cannes, definitely recommended!"
"Location: It’s quite a steep climb from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Not too bad, but we wished it was a bit closer. For future stays, we recommend the host consider leaving some sugar and cream for tea and coffee in the mornings."

"Location, staff and service was more than adequate. The receptionist provided us with wonderful recommendations about Cannes, which we used to enhance our experience. We wish everyone could be so enthusiastic about a city as the kind receptionist. We were heartedly welcomed and if you come by car, we recommend you call the hotel first, so they could open the parking gate for you. Price quality ratio is exceptional."

"We stayed at Hotel Esperanto because my mother was injured during a trip and is now in the hospital in Cannes. The hotel is simply furnished but wonderful. Above all, the staff is outstanding! They are kind, helpful, open, and amazing people who made our stay truly fantastic. We highly recommend Hotel Esperanto. If it were possible, we would give 10 stars instead of 5. "Spacious room with a balcony and everything you might neeed. There's even a teapot and some tea available. Staff was super friendly and kind. Parking cost 10eur per day and it's not free like mentioned in other comments. They are very kind to pets, no extra charge for dogs. Breakfast consists of a small peace of cream cheese, butter, jam, piece of bread, croissant and an apple. Tea, coffee and a glass of juice are available."
