"De gastvrijheid van deze gastvrouw en gastheer was hartverwarmend. De wijze waarop zij ons het vertrouwen gaven in het Chateau te kunnen verblijven, voelde voor ons fantastisch en meteen ook heel gewoon. Alsof het vanzelfsprekend was, een natuurlijke manier van omgaan met elkaar. Het zwembad is werkelijk heerlijk, de ruimte eromheen ruim voldoende, met comfortabele ligbedden, een koelkastje, een extra toilet, een grote parasol. Het diner wat Katerine voor ons verzorgd heeft was magnifiek, de eetzaal hadden we voor onszelf alleen. Een heerlijk verblijf is het geweest voor ons wat 4 dagen duurde. We hadden er makkelijk een week kunnen verblijven en ons vermaken."
