Appartement Broca

"A very friendly and hospitable family welcomed us to the cottage. They don't speak English, but Google Translate made it easy to communicate. The cottage is fantastic. Large, clean, and modern with lovely furnishings. Everything we needed for our baby was also provided. Outside, there's a garden with play equipment and a seating area overlooking the meadow with cows. Inside the cottage, there's a folder with all the information about local activities, restaurants, etc., which the family also explained. They also gave us tips for the non-touristic, local "pearls" if we wanted some quiet time and they even gave us some local porcini bread—delicious! The location is definitely a 10. The cottage is centrally located and close to the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne."

"Tout était super , le fait d'être en famille mais avec 1 gite attenant pour chaque couple .1 gite un peu pls grand pour se réunir Environnement Nature sympa pour ballade familiale ;"

"Absolutely perfect location as a quiet and tranquil base for exploring Sète and surrounding areas. The hosts were friendly, attentive and very helpful with suggestions. Fresh bread, croissants, jams, orange juice and coffee or tea for breakfast. The room is large with a large comfortable bed and seating area with magnificent views towards the sea. The bathroom is clean and provides a good shower and large basin."

"À deux pas de la mer et des commerces 🏖️🛍️, l’appartement était propre, bien équipé pour quelques jours et surtout parfaitement situé. Calme et pratique, idéal pour profiter du séjour ! 🌿"

"Très belle villa. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille. Elle est propre et correspond à la description"

"Very clean and spacious new build villa about 3 mins drive from the centre of town. The large kitchen living room was great, with plenty of space for 4 people. Bean to cup coffee machine was very welcome, with beans provided. The outside area had rattan furniture and again plenty of space. Being a new build the ‘garden’ isn’t finished in that there is a large scrubby area which could do with being finished off in some way. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and responded very rapidly to any communication."

"A beautiful house with atmosphere, very quiet area. Friendly owners who are willing to help when needed."

"Quick reply from host despite very last minute booking, easy and clear instructions on how to get in👍 Nice spacious bathroom with a shower head that you didn't need to be an engineer to understand 😀 Nicely working espresso machine with capsules!"

"It was spacious, good sized rooms, all the amenities you need."
