"The location, private parking, aircon and it is spacious and modern! Comfortable beds."
"The only negative thing we have to say was that the terrace could have been cleaned a bit better. The table was dirty with black dust and the chaircussions had a lot of animal hair on them. But otherwise we had a lovely stay and would absolutely stay here again! :)"

"It was very hot in Annecy during our stay, we all loved that the house comes with AC units. The property is also big and spacious, with beds enough to comfortably sleep 6 people. Very close to the old town too."
"The host can only provide one set of keys. Normally for group bookings, at least 2 sets of keys are provided. Also one roll of toilet paper was provided for our stay, considering we are a group of 4 and are booked for a week."

"חניה בחניון ממש ממש צפופה בעייתי עם רכב גדול או למי שלא מיומן בחניה כזאת. בעל הנכס מאוד נחמד אבל התקשורת לעיתים לא מהירה מספיק, בכניסה נאלצנו לחכות כחצי שעה מחוץ לבניין עד שניתן היה לעשות צ'יק אין. בצ'ק אאוט לא היה מענה עד שעזבנו את הדירה לכן נאלצנו פשוט להשאיר את המפתחות בדירה על דעת עצמנו."

"Herve and his family were amazing hosts. The accommodation is a granny flat in the courtyard of the family's home. It has a double bed and a small bathroom on the ground floor and a loft with two single beds (very steep stairs to get up). It was a short walk from the train station and right in the centre of town. Herve met us at the house when we arrived, showed us to the room, and gave us some great suggestions for local attractions. The hosts had also been able to answer some questions before we arrived (e.g. we were there on a holiday weekend, and they were able to suggest restaurants that would be open). Breakfast was served in the family kitchen, with croissants, baguettes, jam, butter, apples and oranges, orange juice, milk, tea and coffee. It was a wonderful bed and breakfast set-up. Thank you for having us!"
