"الموقع رائع على الممشى السياحي بالغردقة وشاطئ البحر رملي وممتع إلى أبعد الحدود كما أن الهدوء والخصوصية هما السمة المميزة بشكل عام، حمام السباحة أكبر مما يبدو في الصور كما أنه ليس مزدحم وقريب من الشاطئ جداً كما أن الإدارة تعمل باجتهاد لإبعاد المتطفلين وغير المستأجرين أو الملاك ولتلافي أي مشاكل قد تنشاً الشقة نفسها كل الغرف فيها مطلة على البحر والمنظر من البلكونات خرافي كما أنها مكيفة بالكامل وبها مطبخ أمريكي وثلاجة وبوتاجاز وغسالة أوتوماتيك وكذلك الشقة كانت نظيفة عند استلامها فريق الإدارة كان يتابع معي تليفونياً موعد وصولي لترتيب استلام المفتاح ويوجد مواقف مجانية كثيرة للسيارات"
