"An authentic nubian experience. Local family operated. Amazing outlook. Your nile cruise without leaving land. Only 4 rooms so very quiet. Delicious egyptian breakfast. Great tips on things to do. Tours can be arranged along with airport transfer at a very good rate. Dont miss the opportunity for some excellent hospitality."

"Amir Palace Hotel is located in a working-class neighborhood near the station. I’m the side streets there are all kind of small shops and market stalls. The staff of the hotel do not speak English very well, but they are friendly and helpful. They arranged for me to travel to Abydos by taxi and with a translator to visit the famous Temple of king Seti I and the 5,000 year old enclosure of king Khasekhemwy."
