"Dinner was poor. My daughter couldn't find anything to eat - they never made chips in the evening. The fish was not tasty at all and not fresh. We took half board and every time we asked to drink cola or soda or coffee they said it was not included in the price and asked for extra payment."

"I love this place. This was my fourth time, and I will definitely be back. The staff is excellent, pleasant and approachable, always looking to help - I would like to especially mention Merna from the reception team, and Islam - the bartender at the pool by the bungalows. The place is very clean, very well maintained, and it is obvious that the staff takes care of it. There are club cars that help get from place to place. The restaurants are good, and delicious, and of course the highlight is the Mövenpick ice cream that can be found everywhere."
"The rooms are a bit old, and it would be nice to update them, especially the bathroom. In our room, it was impossible to close the tap and take a bath - and with young children it was a bit of a nuisance. In addition, the phone in the room was broken and we had to play with its cord so that we could call to order room service and club cars. But that's really on the sidelines."
