"Quality of service is great, breakfast is great too. Bath tub was great too."

"Some minor issues like phone getting unplugged due to a broken connector, shower did not have much pressure so it was difficult to get proper temperature, nothing that affected my experience."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. I only stayed two nights but will stay here again when I´m in Cuenca. Free parking and hot showers and close to the centre. Took a taxi, cheaper than paying for parking and less stressfull"

"Location was amazing. Tour options into the forest are very good. The tour guide is a local with a lot of knowledge. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food is good, abundant and was prepared at the order. Free drinkable water is a life saver. Considering you are at the edge of the forest, the rooms are as clean as they can be, but dont expect too much."

You get a wonderful view from the terrace right outside your room or from the terrace on the third floor. You get to use the kitchen which is very handy if you are on a budget. You get to exercise a bit walking to the beach and restaurants. Nights are peaceful and quiet so you have a good night's sleep."
