Penzion Point je od zgodovinskega središča Brna oddaljen le 1 km. Ponuja brezplačen brezžični internet, restavracijo z zimsko teraso in brezplačna parkirna mesta. Do razstavnega centra BVV se pripeljete v 12 min. Do središča mesta je 5 min vožnje s tramvajem (4 tramvajske postaje). Tramvaj ustavlja le 50 m od hotela. "Prijazno osebje, komunikacija. Nameščena sva bila sicer na drugi lokaciji, v Villi JKC , 4 minute peš od point pensiona. Mirna lokacija, 5 minut stran od tramvaja. Dober zajtrk, privat gratis parkirišče. Na novo prenovljen mansardni del. Lepa manjša kuhinja, vse kar potrebuješ za krajši dopust."
"Ni nobene omare, da bi pospravila obleke in ni klimatske naprave, okno je pa majhno. Sobo sva pa imela na vrhu. Zajtrk je samo do 9.00."

"We were in the room 7 and 8, very light and clean and new rooms with cosy beds. Breakfast was sufficient and varios. We arrived late at the evening, they welcomed us with a drink. Pension is in a good location, near is the tramway stop, by tram number 4 you can reach the centre in 15 minutes. We had a very good time, thank you for everything."

"I had a lovely stay at this property. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a real plus during the warm days. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the apartment had plenty of amenities that made it feel just like home."
"One minor inconvenience was that breakfast was served in a separate building, which wasn’t ideal when it was raining. Also, the nearby cafés and restaurants were quite lively, and their noise could be noticeable at times. Still, overall a cozy and well-equipped place, perfect for a relaxing stay"

"Everything was excellent, the room was new, air conditioned, very nicely furnished and it had unusual bed lamps. Breakfast was varied and tasty in the nice restaurant. Everything was super clean. We loved our stay here and the fact that the car was parked in the yard- for free."
