"Absolutely gorgeous property with incredible views. The sauna was a lovely addition and the sunsets were incredible. Really delicious homemade breakfast each day for additional cost and a shared kitchen with free eggs if you choose to make your own. Kenzie was so kind and made us a ceremonial cacao for free on Christmas morning - you must try!"

It was quite disorganised from the get go - our sauna appointment was forgotten and we had to wait after finding the manager. Sunday there is no breakfast as staff are off but we weren’t told this until we turned up for breakfast and saw a note at the kitchen. When we wanted to check out there was no one around. It’s worth noting that the balconies and showers are shared with two other rooms on the same floor which was completely fine but not clearly listed.

"We had a wonderful stay in Antigua Guatemala, and a big part of that was thanks to Keven at the front desk at Casa Nikte. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always available on WhatsApp if we had any questions or needed help. What really stood out was that his support didn’t stop when we checked out. Even after we left, Keven continued helping us arrange tours and recommending great places to eat around Antigua. That level of care and dedication is rare and made our trip so much easier and more memorable. The accommodation itself was comfortable and simple, with all the basics we needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear they are continuously working on improvements, as renovations were underway to make the property even better. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay at Casa Nikte again.
