Hostel Lucky's ponuja žar, teraso in brezplačen WiFi v vseh predelih, nahaja pa se v mestu Pucón, 17 km od smučišča Pucón, slapa Ojos del Caburgua ter vulkana Villarrica. "The property, has perfect location; cozy installations; friendly staff… Let’s tell about my experience: I flew from London to Temuco; I drove from Temuco to Pucon, I arrived in Pucon about 9:30Pm; the eSIM I had purchased doesn’t work, during my way to get to the hostel; I spent about 50 minutes, due traffic jam in the middle of the town). When I arrived at the hostel at 10:20Pm; the reception was closed and nobody answered several calls I had made ( from a guest cellphone). Just a guest that saw me in front of the gate, approached and tried to help me. To resume, I slipped in the car, because they were unable to answer a call(WhatsApp), after 20 minutes the close time. When they knew the call supposed to be from a customer from London."

"Very lovely place, perfect location easy to walk everywhere but still not in the middle of everything, inviting and cosy common spaces, 3 bathrooms for 3 dorms I think which was sufficient, nice and helpful staff, I really enjoyed my stay there, would come back anytime I am in Pucón!"

"I expected it to be cleaner. The kitchen was always dirty. I believe that during the 3 days I was there, they never changed the tea towels. Also, the bathrooms need maintenance. And the shower space definitely needs shelves, please!"
"This place was absolutely perfect for us. The location is very central. The hostel itself is beautiful. We enjoyed every second in the garden and on our balcony with the view on the villarica. Staff is very nice and the atmosphere itself is very relaxing."

"Lovely owners and staff! Comfortable bed and clean room. Nice terrace with chairs and table. Good shower. Very tasty breakfast with multiple options. Eggs, avocado, cheese, ham, cereal, fruit etc. The best bit is the homemade and freshly baked bread and cake every day, super tasty!"
