"The kidness of the host. She was really helpful and open to propose solutions when necessary. All the staff was amazing and the showed a lot of hospitality."

Some of the fourniture was a little old and that really impacts the perception of gests. This does not mean that the hotel wasn't clean, it is just a question of maintenance of the fourniture.

"Michel is a great host. He shares a lot about the area and the wildlife. Cabins are cosy and clean. You will eat among other travelers around a nice fire pit. Overall a great experience for all visitors."

"Otentic was the most amazing authentic place. It felt super communal and was full of activities to fill the day. Amazing Creole food. Staff were wonderful! Would recommend to anyone. You NEED to stay here"

The staff was kind of noisy in the morning, especially by the kitchen.

"It was cosy , clean and had all the requirements we needed , great bed nice warm cosy cabin .Great trips Nikol and James excellent northern light and husky walk the morning / definitely recommend super friendly guys and we got to see the lights."

Nothing much , staff that worked in the office could have been friendlier, like greet and show a interest when you come for breakfast, but not much more to mention . Great stay

mogoče prijazen nasvet za naravni bazen - vstop je precej drseč in je potrebna velika previdnost, mogoče kakšna opozorilna tabla ne bi bila odveč.

"Staff in camp are very friendly and service oriented especially the waiters and security guys."

The food at dinner could be much better - like simple and fresh. Our guide on game drives delivered at the end but was not inspiring or dedicated

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of Bali. Special thanks to Sammy, for his kindness and for making guests feel so valued.
