"- The place is very noisy : we could hear every moove from the people in the room above us and the walls were shaking when they were in the stairs. - Very small parking, so when someone needs to move a car, they'll shout in the stairs. - Bath could be more clean."

"It was cozy. After a busy day walking in the cold winds of Ottawa, I looked forward to returning to the Ambassador every night. It is close to Sandy Hill and allowed me to walk to see my University student daughters instead of having to hire a car. Beautifully decorated, not one speck of dust anywhere. Their cleaning program is STELLAR. The owner leaves out quality snack and breakfast foods out to enjoy in the evening and the morning. Fresh coffee is percolated every morning at 8 am. Hot drinks are still available 24/7 though. I had a couple of special requests and the owner kindly accommodated me. I will absolutely make this my home away from home every time I come to visit my girls in Ottawa. Oh and I slept so well! The beds are so comfortable!"
