"The restaurant looked okay but we werent interested in ordinary west coast fare. We stopped by for beer and a book on the streetside patio instead."

"I was very skeptical based on previous reviews and the price, but it really surprised me. I'm not sure if it's different management or they've taken previous reviews seriously and rectified them, but it was surprisingly very clean and comfortable. I'm a professional airbnb cleaner so my expectations of cleanliness are high and I know where to look that most don't to assess cleanliness but it was very clean! I didn't end up staying at no fault of the motel. I just booked it in case I drank at the concert I was going to and I didn't drink so I decided to go home."
