Grant Hall Hotel

"Everything was perfect. I like how the fixtures & furnishings portrayed the elegance era of a time past - yet offered all expected modern comforts!!!"

"Parking was very tight - it could use an upgrade; and the parking lot entrance could use an upgrade as well."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. Good in room coffee! Exceptional staff who made you feel welcome."

"The only concern was the ceramic floor in bathroom which is very slippery when wet. I would recommend having a sign in bathroom saying slippery when wet."

"The concierge was excellent, the stop was extremely helpful and the room was beautiful. The banquet hall was wonderful and the morning breakfast was glorious."

"I think the only negative is that the parking is not great. It's parallel and behind the building"

"Beautifully restored elegant hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and well appointed. Bed very comfortable."

"Shower stall was small and of lesser quality than the other upgrades to the property"

"The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone's stay amazing!"

"Room was beautiful and perfect for what we had planned"

"Complaint re us being too noisy when really it wasn’t that bad. Just some friends laughing and having fun. Not partying and causing trouble. The second room we booked was smaller then we thought was advertised but was ok"

"Friendly staff and we got an upgrade as soon as we arrived without asking just a friendly gesture and overall beautiful interior and location is fantastic."

"Everything was great 👍"

"There is a restaurant that provides 10% discount for guests, however we did not eat there. The architecture was breathtakingly amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Its a four minute walk to Temple Gardens so it was great to stay at Grant Hall and walk over to the Mineral pool."

"I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. The fridge was a good size. We are tea drinkers so I always carry a small kettle for all my stays in hotels. The walk from the parking lot to the entrance ramp was extremely icy. There had been an ice storm the day before so that may have added to the lack of success with salting."

"The front desk assistant, Paul, was absolutely exceptional. I checked in after 1 a.m., and he was a true source of help and comfort for every guest who was in distress. He remained calm, professional, and genuinely caring despite the late hour. Paul is incredibly hardworking, dedicated, and a true asset to your team. His outstanding service made a difficult moment much easier, and it did not go unnoticed"

"Our dinner steaks were below par."
