"Staying at the Real Hotel was great! Everything about it is fantastic. The facilities, the room, beds, view but most of all the staff. Super helpful and easy to reach all the time. Would definitely recommend!"
"The only one thing that could be improved perhaps is the water drainage in the bath and washbasin. It was too slow to drain the water. But perhaps this is a condition of the water pipes in all the city."

All bars and restaurants are within a short walk as are many shops. 24 hour reception, would return. No frills but very good hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was lovely. "The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
