"Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The apartment was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, kind, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The view was beautiful and contributed greatly to our overall experience. The food was varied and absolutely delicious – special compliments to the chef! We would also like to thank you for the thoughtful gesture towards the birthday celebrant in our family – it truly touched us and made the celebration even more special. We would gladly visit again!"

"The toilet is in a separate room from the shower After taking a shower, the bathroom turns into a mini swimming pool. If you stay in the shower longer, there’s a very high chance the water will reach the hallway. The breakfast is rather poor. The coffee has no taste. The pool is small, with almost no space for sun loungers, which are actually just fabric chairs. The playground for children is quite poorly maintained and has very few toys."

"Stayed for 5 nights; spa is small but well kept. Good breakfast, though if not enough guests in the hotel they bring you menue to choose from. Dinner option per menue, which is nice. Mountains view in room 308. Billiard and football tables (for a small fee). Big feee parking. Very quiet."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
