Diamant Suites Brussels EU

"The bed and sheets were super compy, it was really clean and the wifi connection was very good. Also the checking in contact with the staff was very pleasant."

"The room was great, only 2 issues: hot water flow in the shower was pretty low poor; the hairdryer buttons were stuck and it took me some time to even turn it on. But luckily it worked :)"

"It was close to where we wanted to be. The area was clean and felt safe. It had convenient breakfast downstairs."

"The curtains were falling apart in our room and it was very dusty like it was not cleaned before we arrived. Even if it was cleaned days or weeks before. Staff should dust down before allowing guests in."

"Great value, big clean room, bit out of the centre but there's a tram stop a few minutes walk away and the 25 tram goes from close enough"

"The place is very clean and quite spacious. We definitely recommend it."

"Very spacious, clean, local to a trams to get to main city."

"Shower head could swapped with one that fits holder"

"The place, the size of the room, and since it was winter and cold, the room was quite warm (good), but it also has air conditioning for the cold."

"The windows don't block out the street noise, and the room faces a busy road, so you can't hear much, but for someone who has trouble sleeping, it will be a problem."

"Excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, more than helpful staff."

"Average breakfast, below average the noise insulation"

"Staff were nice and helpful. The location is great~5min walk to a bus that takes you to the center of the city. We’ve arrived earlier than expected but they were kind enough to let us leave our bags until the check in time. The property has an elevator which is good if you arrive with a lot of luggage, but also just in general. The room is comfy and we liked the spacious bathroom with the bathtub."

"We couldn't use the heating because the switch didn't work."

"Abu in the restaurant was great and fantastic chap. Giovanni was another great guy. I love them both. The staff were all ready to assist"

"Cleaning of the apartment can be done twice a week."

"The room was quite big with elegant furniture. The parking was also good."

"Access to the room and parking was managed through separate digital passcodes which I felt a bit inconvenient. A chip card would have been a more user-friendly option. Additionally, the room door didn’t close properly."
