"Our stay at the Malek Regency Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel facilities were outstanding and we were greeted with a genuinely warm and professional welcome at reception. Our corner room on the fourth floor was superb, offering comfort, space, and breathtaking views of Trebevic. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet selection of both hot and cold options to suit all tastes. The fitness centre and sauna were of a very high standard and added greatly to our experience. With a late flight on departure day, the hotel went above and beyond by allowing us to keep our room for several extra hours at no additional cost, which was hugely appreciated. A truly five-star experience — we wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was also very clean and fully equipped. The TV worked fine. The breakfast was amazing - a huge choice and everything I tried was great."

"The bed was too stiff for me and the air-conditioning was set to warm, with no possibility to change the temperature setting. I could change the ventilation speed and that worked in combination of occasionally opening the window. The WiFi was poor (oscillated from full strength to lost connection)."

"I had an exceptional stay at Malak Regency. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located near the greenery of Ilidža. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and comfort were all top-tier. I highly recommend it and would happily return!"

"Great hotel. Nice location and Mogammed Waleed on the desk. What a legend. Helped us throughout with clear instruction and guidance and gave best advice for maximising our trip Lovely food and the lady at the omelette station. A real master. Great facilities with spacious rooms. All in all a great place to stay if visiting Sarajevo. Great gym too...unlike some hotels thos head a proper gym feel and lots of machines both cardio and strength. The spa was good too but under going renovation. Will return again"

The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What made the experience stand out was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the extra perks like the discount at Malak Farm and the easy transfer options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sarajevo, I would definitely come back again!"

"I found the prices for the in-room snacks to be quite high and a bit exploitative. In addition, the laundry service was extremely expensive and felt unreasonably overpriced."
