"Super lokacija. Le par minut peš do centra mesta. Blizu z avtom je smučišče Gerlitzen in karnten therme. Lep razgled iz sobe na zvonik cerkve St. Jakob in smučišče Gerlitzen v ozadju. Zajtrk je obilen, veliko izbire. Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo."

"Nice early morning breakfast, room was extremely clean, premise inside was very cozy and 'welcomy'. Entrance to the main building possible out of reception times with a code given upon check-in."
"Honestly everything would have been fantastic, except that our arrival has been welcomed not with much joy. There was an old lady, who apparently seemed to be pretty upset by our 'late' arrival, although everything was confirmed properly beforehand via Booking messages, which are all recorded. I do not know why nor will I ever know probably, but that conversation was going to a point which I then decided just to let her 'spit it all out', no willing to insult here of course, and say goodbye and good night. Apart from that little nuisance, all the rest was tremendously good and pleasant."

"This was such an ideal hotel in which to spend Christmas: it was very quiet, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and it was a very short walk to the Christmas market. It is also one train stop away from the thermal pools. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful."
