The Rumer Hof is a 4-star gostinski obrat situated 1 km away from Rum's centre, and 5 km each from Innsbruck and Hall in Tirol. "The location is excellent: half hour by bus No 504 from the train main station. The area around the hotel is industrial, but we had a beautiful view for the mountains. We were given a visit card for all three of us that enabled us to travel with public transport free. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view through the windows, so you can enjoy the breakfast or dinner. As for the breakfast, it was very good, but: you have to get early as if you come late, then there is not much! The girls at the reception were lovely. The lady at the dinner lounge was great: she not only prepaired coffee but she used to clean the tables, the glasses and put all in the washing machine: i think she is doing the job that needs 2 or 3 people!"
"The beds in the room are not comfortable at all: they and the pillows are too soft and they should be replaced. Some of the towels are worn and to be replaced. I wished there was a coffeemaker and a small fridge."
