"Wonderful breakfast selection of both cold and hot food options, Dinner was of an equally high standard . I was accompanied by my daughter who speaks fluent German whereas I do not and was delighted to find five English speaking channels on TV (And not confined to news broadcasts!) The views from the hotel were lovely since Fiss is very picturesque. The hotel staff and local restaurants were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bedrooms and bathrooms were of high quality"

"Ik was verrast door de grote kamer. Het zag er goed uit en het leek net nieuw. Er was ruim voldoende kastruimte, meer dan dat wij nodig hadden. In de kast was een kluisje."
"Het hotel bood ook al geen halfpension aan maar je kon er alsnog een diner bestellen. Als er dan iets zou tegenvallen, dan is dat het gebrek dat je geen halfpension kan boeken maar we hebben het ook goed zonder gered."

"I liked the location and the fact that it is an all inclusive set up with ski school and pass. Also that the ski rental service is in the house is very convenient and previous data is safe so it is a very smooth process."

"It is a traditional apartment located on the border of the city center. On a hill, so it is a little walk up. It has a nice garden to lounge. Our appartement had a large balcony with a view of the lake. The staff is very friendly. It offers a private entrance to the lake."

"Lokacija je dih jemajoča, adventna pot po mestu je čudovita, hrana je zelo dobra in osebje prijazno. Hotel je urejen na nivoju, okolica okrašena. Superiror suita ima grelec na balkonu velik tuš in ločen wc kar je super, več različnih rasvetljav. Hodniki so dovolj široki, za zajtrk lahko dobiš po meri narejene jajčne omlete, na izbiro so različni lokalni siri, pravzaprav je večina hrame lokalne."
