"Ein besonderes Highlight war das außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal - egal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Putzen. Wirklich klasse! Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr schön gemacht und neuwertig und besteht aus mehreren Saunen und Ruheräumen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gemütlich und rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "Onze kamer was heel mooi en gezellig. Aparte slaapkamer, woonkamer met gezellig Oostenrijkse zithoek, apart toilet wat ik zeer fijn vind. De ontbijtzaal super gezellig ingericht. leuke zithoeken overal, wij zaten op een verhoogd gedeelte wat ik enorm fijn vond. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, alles wat ik thuis eet is daar aanwezig zoals noten, zaden, sojamelk, haver, fruit, wortel- en bietensap, er is zelfs een sapcentrifuge om een gember/wortel/appelsapje te maken, super lekker. Ook veel soorten broodjes en aparte kaassoorten. Het saunacomplex is enorm groot en mooi, nog niet eerder zo'n mooie gezien in een hotel. Uitzicht en ligging geweldig!"
"Eigenlijk niets maar voor mij had het matras iets zachter gekund, maar dat ligt aan mij en mijn pijnlijke nek/rug. Ik heb een paar dagen mijn hoofd niet kunnen draaien, ik heb er nog pijn aan. Dat maakte ik deels goed door in de infraroodstoel te gaan liggen in het saunacomplex, dat verzachtte wel degelijk iets"

"A very friendly host family, taking care of all kinds of needs you have. The food is delicious and the room service is flexible. By extending the stay is easily arranged. You can get wide range of authentic local wines from the hotel with reasonable price and nicely packed. In summer it should be a nice location to discover the local wine region."
"Spacious and well equipped. Ski storage is really useful. Ski bus stop to Zillertal Arena is less than 100 mts from property, which is super useful."

"We really liked the location — only a 3-minute drive to the ski lift. Parking was convenient, and the views from the windows were very nice. The apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen-living area with the sofa and TV was especially comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was great, with a good shower and the existing bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we liked everything. If the existing bathtub were converted into a jacuzzi, it would be an absolutely top-level bonus and would make the stay even more exceptional."
