Apartmaji v Sveti Luciji

"Čudoviti resort, apartma zelo dobro opremljen, lepe svetle barve. Zelo vse novo. Terasa z veliko mizo. Zraven hiške smo imeli jakuzzi in savno. Zvečer imeli večhodni meni za jesti, zelooo dobra vina in hrana. Tudi zajtrk bil zelo raznolik. Ceprav smo bivali že malo izven sezone, je bilo vse popolno za nas poskrbljeno od personala."

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

"On arrival 'Grandad' greeted us with a smile and a cup of 'ginger tea' 😊 The location is peaceful and on the edge of the forest. Only 15mins walking to seven eleven, shops, etc. The room was comfy and clean. Good value too. Bed was super comfy soft to firm! Easy to safely store our bicycles 🚴🚴 A great place to visit and Grandad may also show you around his collection of antiques. HIGHLY recommended 👌"

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

"We liked the location and the view. We liked the kitchen, and the comfy beds. It was quiet. And we liked the view (Yes, I´m repeating it!)."

Only 1 bathroom on the main floor and bedrooms on a different floor (yes, I knew it when I booked it, but it deserves mentioned as this apperas to be a general problem everywhere in Norway). Wifi did not work, even after calling the owner. We had to call and then mess around to get the heating to work in one room. There was parking but the host suggested that we park down by the street -- DOWN the hill, in the pouring rain. There should be better organized and marked parking spots per apartment (There are 3 at the location, sharing parking).

"The location was excellent and very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment itself was very spacious. Overall, the place was really good and we enjoyed our stay."

The cleanliness of the kitchen area was disappointing. There were dirty dishes with coffee stains left in the cupboard, which suggests the kitchen had not been properly checked after the previous guests. Basic items such as a kitchen towel were also missing. Most of the lights in the living room were not working. Only one light in the kitchen functioned, and the lamps did not work either. There was also no lighting available in the bedroom, which made the space difficult to use at night. In addition, Wi-Fi was neither offered nor available at the accommodation. While we did not specifically ask about it in advance, it is generally an expected amenity and would have been helpful during our stay.

"Facility was extremely nice, high ceilings with crown molding made it feel bigger than it actually was. Decor was very nice, and there were amenities aplenty. Huge balcony facing the Gulf. It felt like we were staying in our own ready-made home, complete with old Bible with plenty of notes :-)"

Refrigerator was very nice and modern, but the ice machine put out ice with mold on it. We checked the ice tray itself, and the ice was fine, so guessing the dispenser was to blame. The jacuzzi jets, as well, blew out particles of mold, some significant, when engaged. We did not see this in the tub until after the water had been drained. We did not let these factors detract from the overall experience, but, but mold is a pretty major thing that we'd suggest checking more often. Be aware that the check-in instructions you get from your booking agency may not reflect actual conditions/requirements, but this is not a problem with the host.

La sig.ra Gina incarna l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza che ogni ospite desidera ricevere; empatica e mai invadente, generosa nel donarsi, attenta e cordiale. Camere, ambienti comuni interni e giardino sono molto curati, la pulizia impeccabile. Io sono vegana e a colazione mi sono sentita più che accolta. "We liked everything! This can not be described by words. One must come and see the exceptionally beautiful nature of Mariovo, this village Zovich and the nearby village Staravina. The accomodation offered everything we needed, the host Mitko, his wife and mother were very friendly and helpful, they make extraordinary food in their restaurant, all fresh and of high quality. We will be back again!"

We really can not think of anything we did not like.

"The accommodation was in the flat, which was on the first Floor. It was a private room with AC and TV. You could cook in the kitchen. McDonald's was a one-minute walk away. The public beach is 5 minutes by car. Qidfa beach. The beach is very clean. The landlord is a very friendly and nice person. The flat had no small kids, and it was very calm. Close to Fujairah and Khor Fakkan. You would stay here 1 or more nights."

"Llegamos con las indicaciones pero no teniamos red para pedir o avisar por las llaves. Justo vi los datos en el mail y en la puerta del dpto pude conectarme a wi fi y nos contactamos con el anfitrion. Todo excelente !!!"

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente, el 4to día. Esperabamos un resarcimiento. Si bien dijimos que no habia problemas, no era el servicio que habiamos contratado.

"Perfect location for visiting petra, the host is a very nice gentleman, he gave us a good tour through the apartment and explained everything necessary. It can be a bit cold in the winter but the portable heaters will make up for that. Its a large place."

"Location near the sea and grocery store. Found also a home bakery nearby. Beautiful, a bit rustic town under pine trees. Sandy beach and lot of quiet streets to discover. Appartment was warm, nice, and had all the basic things. Lovely yard."

There was no bed sheet for the second bed (sofa), and when we opened the sofa, there was sand from the previous visitors. The hosts reacted to our request and it was cleaned. Some other tiny issues - only 2 mugs in the cupboard (4 glasses), and the 3rd cup was found on the floor of shower room. We missed washing up liquid and kitchen towels too.

"Exceptionnel !! Franchement rien à dire du côté de l'appartement. Tout était propre, le linge de lit, les serviettes. Un grand bravo. On a pu profiter du balcon pour le petit déjeuner, vraiment super!! 👍"

Seul petit bémol, pas du tout de commerce à proximité. Et si en plus vous n'êtes pas véhiculé sachez qu'il n'y a pas de bus en bas de la résidence où même quelques pas plus loin. Pour le premier jour, le papa du propriétaire qui était véhiculé nous a emmener jusqu'à une supérette. Un grand merci pour ce Monsieur. Qu'Allah le récompense pour son aide si précieuse. Le deuxième jour, pour le pain et viennoiseries, j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains. Heureusement, je suis une bonne randonneuse ce qui.n'est pas le cas de ma fille qui est restée bien tranquillement à m'attendre. La veinarde !! Malgré ce petit inconvénient, j'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement que je RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT pour les marcheurs.

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."
