"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

"Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"Mlajši hčeri so bili všeč valovi, pesek, nočno življenje,... V apartmaju je bilo lepo, sploh na terasi, lep razgled na morje, prava škoda, da je zadaj prometna cesta, prepričana sem, da bi se v nasprotnem primeru slišalo valovanje morja. Osebje zelo prijazno, ustrežljivo, dostopne cene v restavraciji Arberia. In seveda tudi okusne jedi. Imajo tudi nekaj tradicionalne hrane in bogato izbiro morske hrane. Mogoče nekoliko premajhne porcije domače in morske hrane. Mogoče pa sem samo navajena, da povsod dobim poln krožnik kalamarov. Hvala za čudovito doživetje Villa Arberia."

"Excellent location…very close to transport and shopping. Apartment was spacious and had the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly, responsive and very helpful."

The building looked a little older and some of the fittings looked like they needed some tlc.

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

"It is located in Dalian's CBD so everything is very close. It is around 500m to the subway, and around 2 km to the seaside with many attractions. The hotel looks good and feels good, it used to be a top hotel a few years back, but it's getting a bit older, however, still has its charm. You won't miss anything, you can conveniently pay by Visa/Mastercard at the reception and do not forget about the 400 RMB deposit."

Nothing at all. It's not a brand-new hotel, so it has experienced better days, however, still in decent condition.

Woke up every morning around 6 from the dogs barking.

"The location is just perfect. The hotel has a very beautiful courtyard and the rooms are also furnished in a nice manner with plenty of beautiful details."

The organization of the breakfast needs a bit of improvement. The quality of the products is very good but the organization itself is not up to the standards of the hotel (or we were just very unlucky).

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Lokacija je izvrstna, stanovanje je majhno ampak opremljeno in prijetno. Laho si pripravite osnovne obroke. Parkiranje (zastonj) je možno pri katedrali, 8 min hoje do apartmaja. Na voljo je bila kava in čaj."

Posoda ni bila čista, ventilator na wc-ju ni delal.

"Everything, from the location to the very nice staff. If you are coming to Yangon definitely this place is highly recommended. I will stay here on every visit to Yangon."
