"The location was excellent, as was the breakfast and the staff were friendly. Smart TV was a bonus. The standard rooms were spacious and very comfortable and made for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again."
"Probably best not to choose a basement room as they do not have aircon and are humid. The standard rooms are so much nicer."

"Small, cozy hotel. Almost family atmosphere - I've arrived earlier and they still let me to check-in (many thanks!!!). Breakfast is rather simple, but you can find all the basic things. Hotel is situated very close to the center - many nice restaurants and sightseeing places are in the walking distance. Shortly said - highly recommended for several nights in beautiful Yerevan :)"

"Great location close to Cascade and downtown. Very helpful personnel, good breakfast, soft beds. Public parking slots by the entrance, 24-hour concierge. We were offered late checkout for free and a place for bulky luggage (ski equipment)"

"A fantastic place. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a canyon. The villa has absolutely everything. You can have a dip in the pool, do a big bbq, explore the nearby canyon or just relax at one of many cozy places. Olya and her family are perfect hosts, very good communication and so nice! We stayed one more night than planned because we loved it so much."
