"The space was nice, the facilities were good, It's a gread options for families, the landlord and his mother were very kind and friendly, actually they remember us if the Armenia people and the cultural & civilizational closeness between Armenia and Iran."
"Perhaps the only consideration is that it is a bit far from the city center."
"The apartment was very good value for money. The host was very responsive. The hot water didn't seem to be working & he came straight away to sort it for us."

"I did like the most hospitality of the owner . Taxi left us in a middle of nowhere and Armen was kind enough to find and bring us to the house. Even though we were staying only for 1 night but he went beyond to make our stay pleasant."
"It's not that I didn't like just thought that the blackout curtains were missing. But for 1 night I wasn't bothered that much. 🙂 If I would be staying longer I would have asked and I am sure he would organise it for us."
"A great place near the supermarket. Price wise great. Big area for drying clothes. Slept so well there. Great place and the 9 year old girl welcomed me with wild flowers."

"We had a truly memorable stay at this guesthouse during our trip through Armenia. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. The kindness and hospitality of the host (Arthur and his family) really stood out and made a lasting impression. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to see. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast, made with fresh, local ingredients and highly recommended!"
