Overbooked - the host offered an another hotel, instead of what we have booked for - later, we found out that the reason of "overbooking" was a little party that had been organized in our room - fresh cigarette smoke in the room - wet towels... - full trash bin - a window that cannot be closed, with cold air coming from outside - heat only from the air conditioner - too short shower curtain which led to water on the floor - breakfast (lunch-boxes) available only between 10:00-11:00 AM (at least what we have been told, we never got one) - mold on the walls"

"Servizi inesistenti.Abbiamo alloggiato per 4 giorni senza mai che qualcuno venisse a pulire o semplicemente venire a rimpiazzare asciugamani o carta igienica.Ti dicono che è inclusa la colazione ma non l abbiamo mai fatta.Avete mai sentito che la colazione comincia alle 9.30?Sono venuto in Armenia per visitarla .I tour per il paese cominciano al mattino e tu non puoi non fare le colazioni già dalle 7.30.Per lo più abbiamo ricevuto su un letto matrimoniale le coperte di due letti singoli.Pessimo"
