"The pool was cold at this time of year (late Oct). We had some short, very refreshing dips but too cold to swim in for any length of time!"

"We stayed in the older of the 2 properties which was charming. It has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and the outside space was very relaxing to gather round. There is a small grocery shop 2 minutes walk away with delightful staff. Elvis was so helpful responding very quickly to any messages. He gave us some good recommendations locally and for takeaways since we arrived quite late to the villa."

"Beautiful house - both the older and newer one! We stayed at the older house that had a nice clean pool with the best view over Berat. You do need a car to go in town but you get the privacy of being in your own house with all the facilities you need offering a great experience!"

"The only thing that was inconvenient were the wasps that were coming outside when we were eating. The rest was all great and the staff very kind with all of us."

Hard to capture the beauty of the property and the views from every part of the house (endless floor to ceiling windows), the huge garden/terrace area and the stunning pool. It is a dream house and Elvis is a brilliant host. If you are visiting Berat and/or the surrounding area, stay here. Just do it."
