"I slept in a big dorm (allone) so I had plenty of space. I liked the old furniture and the partly original historic wall patterns. Clean facilities, very friendly staff and every morning a rich albanian breakfast down at the coffee shop. The hostel is situated direct at the roundabout where busses leave to Tirana and where the friendly tourist information is."

"The views from the courtyard area were amazing. We were treated to a very good breakfast every morning overlooking the castle and surrounding area with mountains behind. The guest house itself is a lovely little building attached to the family residence. Very well equipped, clean and tidy. On our last morning Joel kindly escorted us to the nearby Ali Pasha bridge which we probably wouldn't have found or even been aware of otherwise."
