Sunshine Place

"I stayed in this apartment for almost three months while studying in Elbasan. The owner, Elvis, and his brother were very kind and helpful. They were almost like friends, and I could count on them at any time. Thanks to them, my stay was much more comfortable in a new country for me. The apartment is very nice, bright, and has everything you need for daily life. The location is also very good, close to all basic services and the city center. I highly recommend this place."

"Lovely and huge apartment. Clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Only thing missing in the apartment is a bottle opener. Also would be great if you could leave a couple of bottles of water in the fridge."

"Great spacious flat. Hosts were really helpful, we arrived late in the evening but they were there to meet us and told us where we would be able to get food."

"Listing stated that there were 2 bathrooms but the door to one of them was sealed off."

"It was very close to the centre within a 10 min walk you were in the square of Elbasan… the host was very helpful at everything. The place was very warm it self and in a nice neighbourhood. The Wi-Fi worked great. I would definitely choose to stay there again."

"The place definitely needs a renovation… the AC’s are old but do they’re job… the host needs to hire a cleaning person because the cleanliness of the house was bad, a lot of dust and some spots in the pillow cases and on the towels. Although it says two bathrooms the second one was closed. In the second bedroom there wasn’t any heating facilities."

"Апартаментът се намира близо до центъра на града. Оставихме колата си на платен паркинг, понеже нямаше места за поаркиране около блока. Собствника дойде и ни настани и обясни всичко. Апартаментът е много голям и просторен с две отделни спални и голям хол с огромен диван. Ние бяхме на ексурзия, така че не сме стояли да се насладим на апартамента, а само нощувахме."

"Не ми хареса, че в банята имаше хубава голяма душ кабина, но панелът не работеше и съответно не можахме да ползваме екстрите. И като цяло на много места за настаняване в Албания липсват машини за кафе или капсули, затова ние си носим при пътуване наша. Другото, което не ми хареса е липсата на прозорец в спалнята за свеж въздух и светлина, но това явно не е по вина на собственика."
